a review presentation for the client's investor relations executives
and a select group of stock analysts.

In support of the client's internal review of its strategic planning
efforts, we prepared an executive summary of strategic trends
for the Gulf Coast petrochemical industry. We also presented the
results of the study to senior members of the client's strategic
planning team.
Analysis
of Petrochemical Shipping Patterns
We prepared an evaluation of trends in transportation modes for
primary petrochemicals in the U.S. Gulf Coast area. Our efforts
supported a major merger/acquisition project and helped the client
to respond to routine inquiries from the Federal Trade Commission
regarding the impact of the merger on the competitive environment
for transportation of primary petrochemicals.
